INDUSTRY CO-DIRECTOR AND SENIOR LECTURER
Bernard M. Gordon–MIT Engineering Leadership (GEL) Program
We are seeking an accomplished senior engineering practitioner from industry, with significant product design and project leadership experience, who may now be interested in returning to academia to lead the School of Engineering’s 10-year-old Bernard M. Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership (GEL) Program.
The purpose of the GEL Program is to complement MIT’s excellent technical education by developing the character and product design, teamwork and leadership skills of juniors and seniors in MIT’s school of engineering, thus enhancing their future effectiveness as professionals, and improving engineering leadership in the nation.
Applicants should submit a resume or CV, together with a cover letter describing relevant background experience and explaining why they are interested in the job.
